These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7c7788 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website located at 7c7788.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 7c7788. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

7c7788 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following approved payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of the transaction.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Most withdrawals to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are completed within two hours of approval during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to card accounts (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Verification Before Withdrawal: 7c7788 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure. Players who have not completed verification may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until the required documentation is reviewed and approved.

Currency: All player account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7c7788 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Transactions attempted in a foreign currency may be declined or may be subject to a conversion fee applied by the player's payment provider — 7c7788 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

Malfunction and Technical Errors: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that interrupts the normal operation of a game, the affected round or rounds may be deemed void. 7c7788 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players and, where applicable, refund any staked amounts from the affected round. 7c7788 will not be liable for any losses arising from a malfunction beyond refunding the stake of the affected round.

Prohibited Software: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, third-party tools designed to provide an unfair advantage, or any form of artificial intelligence to make betting decisions on your behalf is strictly prohibited. 7c7788 employs technical and manual monitoring systems to detect such usage. Any account found to be using prohibited software will be suspended immediately and subject to investigation.

Disconnection Policy: 7c7788 is not responsible for disconnections caused by internet service failures on the player's end. Most game providers implement a game state recovery mechanism that resumes an interrupted game from the point of disconnection. Where this is not technically possible, the outcome of any in-progress round at the time of disconnection will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's stated rules.
